Hi Bob, I saw the same problem intermittently using Internet Explorer yesterday. When we processed your logs in Google Chrome it worked and that is how we were able to get you the response file. The Click Here line you mention is on your deployed server's page correct? It should be redirecting you to the ssla.bentley.com manual log posting page that would allow you to upload your logs. Is it during this redirection that you receive the Access Denied message? Thanks, Josh
