We are questioning the correctness of the logs from Bentley for our Staad.Pro usage. As we had to pay for an overage for Staad.Pro in the last quarter, we have immediatly implemented an third party software solution to stop that. We are now using K2 keyserver from Sassafras. But even after implementing that solution we have now run into an overage, which we deny is happening. Currently we are investigating this problem also with Sassafras, and are quite sure that specific usage never happened, but in fact were denied. SR 7000220995 filed.
