The usage limits apply to all 24 hours of all days.  Therefore, can one save 'roll-over' hours for non-usage? Each hour that I did not use the software, should be stored as bank or credit.

We have defined site time zone to be UTC +1h, but I don't think the license logs are correct. Application Usage By Hour shows that license logs are stamped by UTC. SR  7000220520 filed.

Ok, thought so. But I'd like to add that Staad.Pro behaved differently up til now. It was a forced checkout, and when you quit the program, someone else could use it.
