Hello, I have run into some apparent product overages within our company over the first quarter of 2014. It appears that is the case with many of the users on this forum. While i don't necessarily agree with the invoicing at our minimal overages, it is what it is, as they say. I have come here to look for help in creating a system where this doesn't ever happen again. My manager is not interested in dealing with quarterly invoices, and i being in the Field from time to time, need to employ some kind of restriction to enforce limits while i am away, and save us from extra costs. I have looked around at the tools in the SelectSERVER and noticed many restrictions available by IP Address, or Custom Activation Group etc. however was hoping to get some advice on what works best for you, or of any How-To articles on how to set something up. We are a small engineering firm with a total of 10 seats, however we have a few satellite offices across the state and need some way to make sure this doesn't happen again.
