I'm still confused as to when this billing for over usage started or is to start. I have seen things that it started at the beginning of this year and. I have seen an email from Bentley sent out in February which talks about Open Access but doesn't really explain, I'm assuming that it will start at the next SELECT renewal (September for us) as this contractually things wont change until we re-sign. Please could someone at Bentley let me know.
