Product(s): Bentley Cloud Services Version(s): N/A Environment: N/A Area: Other Subarea: N/A The following support solution provides instructions for accessing and using the Product Usage Report. Background The Product Usage Report (formerly the SELECT Open Access portal) incorporates SELECTserver usage data into a streamlined interface to show both peak and hourly usage for individual products organized by quarter and country. Key features include: Detection of peak usage in excess of owned license quantities Calculation of usage peaks with the 10-minute interval rules introduced in Q2 2016 Display of hourly usage data for machines in an intuitive graphical format How to access The Product Usage report can be accessed in one of two ways: From the SELECTserver administration site, SELECT users can access the Product Usage Report by choosing SELECT Open Access (its old name) from the Reports drop-down menu. From the Enterprise Portal on Bentley Cloud Services, users can access the Product Usage Report by clicking on its tile in the Support Service & Administration section. How to view usage The Product Usage Report organizes usage by quarter and by country for billing purposes. Select a quarter and product of interest to display a view of all usage for the quarter. A bar chart displays the usage and highlights any excess usage in orange. To view how usage was accrued by specific machines for a particular day, click the bar for the day. Product usage is graphically plotted by individual machines over 24 hours. The hour in which any excess usage was accrued is highlighted in orange. Use the Back button on your browser to return to the previous screen, or use the navigation bar along the top. How to receive usage statements and invoices via email To receive monthly usage statements and any generated term licensing invoices via email, click the sprocket wheel in the upper right corner, and select Email Preferences. Then update the selections as shown below, and click the Save button. How to obtain further help If additional questions arise, please search or post in the Cloud and Web Services forum .
