To better determine what is occurring, please zip a copy of your acknowledgement file and the SS-AdminSite-WebServices.log located in C:\Program Files\Bentley\SELECTserver\Logs, and submit them to Bentley via Communities Secure File Upload . I or one of my colleagues will examine the log and acknowledgement files for problems. Important: Please do not post your log or acknowledgement files directly in the forum post since they contain sensitive licensing information specific to your site. In the meantime, try generating a new acknowledgement file yourself via the SELECTserver Manual Log Posting website. You will need your SELECTserver serial number and activation key, both of which can be obtained by selecting Request/Update License from the License Management drop-down menu.
