Note that the "License STAAD_Foundation is unavailable" message is coming from SofTrack, a third-party license manager, not from a Bentley application. It is likely looking for a license of STAAD.foundation, a discontinued license that is now covered under the STAAD.Pro license for versions of STAAD.foundation 5.3 included with STAAD.Pro V8i SS5 and later. You may want to consider modifying the licensing rules in SofTrack to permit access to STAAD.foundation 5.3 if a STAAD.Pro license is available.
