Hi, Thank you for the quick reply, I have uploaded the file as requested. Unfortunately I could not re-create the steps that normally occur, as I was not prompted to activate when starting PowerDraft. However, I did proceed to successfully activate within the program anyway, and the activation status remains as 'trial mode'. If you need anything else then please ask, if the exact same process occurs again I will create another error log also. I hope you can help and I look forward to hearing from you. Gavin
