Products will activate automatically if a connection can be made with SELECTserver OnLine. As a troubleshooting step, please open the License Management Tool, and select the License Checkout tab. Do you see a list of licenses, or do you encounter an error message? If an error message occurs, please select Options from the Tools menu, enable the "Use HTTPS (SSL)" checkbox, and verify whether a list of licenses appears in the License Checkout tab now. If they do, your products should activate.
