Joshua I'd suggest you listen to your user base and give us a means to limit our usage to licenses purchased. The support "solutions" you link to are completely ineffective at managing Bentley's defined "simultaneous" use. The suggested solutions also do not account for license logging errors which occur still with several Ram products when they crash. I'd suggest maybe making sure your software actual works properly before basing billing on potentially false usage logs.
