Before you close the error window you can locate Bentley.lictransmit.exe entry in the Processes of Windows Task Manager, right-click and press Create Dump File. Then open a Service Request for SelectServer in appsnet.bentley.com/.../addcall.aspx and attach the zipped dump file, we will get it analyzed by developers. If that's an older OS like Windows XP, let me know and I will provide instructions on creating a crash dump using Microsoft Debugging Tools.
